As an Airline Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team that manages the entire passenger experience, from ticketing to boarding. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to boarding and from aircraft exit to baggage pick-up
Work effectively in a team environment to manage the passenger experience, including ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding
Communicate clearly and efficiently with passengers, colleagues, and airline staff to resolve issues and provide solutions
Utilize computer systems to manage passenger data, check-in, and boarding processes
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including airline policies, procedures, and services
Work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
Essential Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
Fluency in English, with a second language being an advantage (bilingual preferred)
Customer service experience is preferred but not required
Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
Calmness and ability to find solutions, even in busy and stressful situations
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in languages such as Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi, Gujarati, or Japanese
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the airline or hospitality industry
Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
