Experienced Biblical Fiction Ghostwriter Needed for David and Bathsheba Series
We are seeking a thoughtful and disciplined ghostwriter for a Biblical Fiction series centered on the story of David and Bathsheba. This project is not a simple retelling of Scripture, but an exploration of the deeper questions readers wrestle with as they encounter this story. Where did David’s fall truly begin—on the rooftop, or earlier, when he remained in Jerusalem while others went to war? How does spiritual drift take shape before a visible failure occurs? And how might the presence—or absence—of trusted voices like Jonathan have influenced the path that followed?The series explores themes of temptation, consequence, repentance, and grace with restraint, emotional depth, and respect for Scripture. The goal is to invite readers into reflection, not judgment, by showing how ancient choices mirror the struggles we face today. This hiring begins with a paid trial assignment. Selected writers will be asked to write an original, standalone scene based on a provided prompt, without access to existing manuscript material.
