As a Bi-Lingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will handle escalated calls regarding collections, high bills, utilities being shut off, and more, with a one-call resolution approach. Your goal will be to provide each customer with a resolution at the end of each call, ensuring a positive experience and building trust with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs by actively listening and determining the appropriate course of action to meet those needs and complete or initiate transactions
Empathize, be patient, and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's experience
Provide efficient and effective service to customers and prospects on all patron-based services, addressing a variety of inquiries and customer needs
Meet performance standards and positively influence the client's image by having good product knowledge, work ethic, time management, and human relations skills
Process information quickly and accurately by navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Ensure customer satisfaction on every call and approach it with a First Call Resolution mindset
Work at Home Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following work-at-home requirements:
High-Speed Internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed and 2 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services)
A hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for (arenaflex will ship you company equipment to use)
A dedicated landline service in your home - traditional landline, not VoIP service or cell/mobile service (any fees/charges associated with the landline service are not reimbursable by arenaflex)
A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions
A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
Additional Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience (utilities industry experience is a plus)
Be bi-lingual in Spanish and English to handle calls in both languages
Have exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
Be highly computer proficient in navigation and keyboard/data entry skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Have open availability between 7:00 am-6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern standard time
Have a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
Be customer-focused and motivated to achieve goals
Be willing to pass a client-performed background check and assessments in training
