This temporary contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellence in their work. **Responsibilities** As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist (Typist), your key responsibilities will include: * **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences. * **Audits and Discrepancies**: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies. * **Benefits Enrollment**: Efficiently process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections. * **Employee Queries**: Address employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions. * **Compliance**: Work in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy. * **Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **Experience**: At least 4 years of experience with complex HR and/or benefits data entry. * **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic approach to achieving results. * **Technical Skills**: Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded. * **HR Knowledge**: Solid understanding of HR practices, especially benefits-related concepts. * **Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills. **Additional Information** * **Contract Type**: This position is a temporary contract role. * **Working Hours**: Normal working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. * **Dress Code**: The dress code is business casual. * **Commitment to Diversity**: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
