Our team is dedicated to helping individuals become self-sufficient and live as independently as their abilities allow. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Behavior Therapist - ABA, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum * Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions * Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans * Working collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy * Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors * Being goal-oriented and maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work * Arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions **Growth Opportunities in the Field of ABA** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
