Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns * Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments * Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **What We're Looking For** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
