* Processing payments and managing financial accounts for customer transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment processing.
* Opening and maintaining customer accounts, providing product and service information, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Retaining records of customer interactions and services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Resolving customer issues in an efficient and cordial manner, demonstrating a customer-first approach and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
* Anticipating customer needs to provide superior satisfaction, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.
