About the Role As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the trusted adviser to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicles in top condition. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the organization and productivity of our service center, interacting with customers, inspecting vehicles, and providing expert knowledge on service and replacement parts. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted adviser to customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicles serviced and safe on the road Drive the organization and productivity of the service center through effective guest interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and service and replacement part knowledge Perform automotive preventive maintenance tasks, including changing oil, checking and refilling vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
