Job Overview and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation test frameworks and scripts for Windows-based applications using Python. You will work closely with our development teams to identify areas for automation, develop and execute test scripts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines. Your strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, prior framework development experience, and proficiency in tools like CQ, TFS, RTC, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code will be essential in driving success in this position. Design, develop, and implement automation test frameworks and scripts for Windows-based applications using Python Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for automation and develop test scripts Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Utilize tools like CQ, TFS, RTC, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code to drive automation efforts Apply knowledge of Behave/Pytest BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and Agile methodologies to ensure efficient testing processes Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategic solutions to streamline efforts Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong academic background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a degree in BE/BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or other Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computing/IT. Relevant years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on automation testing and Python scripting, is also required. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to work in a team setting, and demonstrate good time-management skills.
