Experienced Auto Defense Attorney
DeSena & Sweeney is looking for an experienced attorney for our cases pending in Westchester, Lower Hudson Valley and Bronx. This is a remote full time position for an independently motivated attorney who works well with staff at a different location and utilizes technology efficiently. Trial Experience in Supreme Court auto cases is preferred but not required. Demonstrated deposition and timely reporting is required along with regular Court appearances and virtual appearance as required Must have had prior automobile type case deposition experience. You will be expected to attend Court appearances, depositions, hearings in person as well those that that are virtual based on the need of the firm. The firm is a fully cloud based (paperless) with both a hybrid, remote and in-office staff. A successful candidate would be self-motivated, technology savvy, and versed in the defense of an auto accident case in all phases.
