**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Astrology Chat Operator to join our team of dedicated, professional Personal Guides who deliver high-quality Astrology, Palmistry, and Tarot readings to our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping those who seek guidance and answers to life's big questions through a variety of divination techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Astrology Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing astrologically and grammatically correct written responses to clients' questions - all responses shall be in English
* Providing engaging and informative readings to clients purchasing live video calls - all calls are conducted in English
* Preparing video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions - the ideal candidate should feel confident and comfortable to make their own short video readings and appear on camera
* Adhering to all ethical rules and company standards, as laid out by management, when providing readings
* Meeting all targets in relation to response times and message volumes as directed by management
* Performing additional duties and contributing to ad-hoc projects as required in line with the Chat Ops Team needs and objectives
* Assigning incoming messages to the Chat Ops team and providing cover for other team members ensuring response times and standards are maintained over weekends
**Essential Qualifications**
* An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential
* Previous experience of giving personalized Astrology, Palmistry, or Tarot readings in a professional capacity would be an advantage
* Strong computer skills and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a quiet and calm space where you can conduct live video calls without interruption
* An empathic, non-judgmental, and compassionate character and the ability to establish a rapport with your clients quickly
* Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision
* Accurate typing skills and the ability to condense information into short, engaging, and informative responses that capture our client's interest and leave them wanting to know more
