About the Role: Key Responsibilities As an Associate Professional for DXC Off-Campus Drive, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions that meet our clients' evolving business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: Performing systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to identify software solutions that drive client success, under the guidance of senior team members. Assisting in documenting new or existing programs to ensure information accessibility and compliance with industry standards. Participating in the design, development, troubleshooting, and analysis of software programs that operate in conjunction with hardware systems. Customizing purchased applications and maintaining program libraries and manuals based on research and customer needs. Providing feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of software and hardware to ensure seamless functioning. Working under moderate guidance to provide hands-on first-level support to customers, resolving issues and delivering exceptional client experiences. Essential Qualifications & Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and support personnel. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in the English language, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, with familiarity with programming languages and software development tools.
