* 20% Use data analysis tools to develop new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, including:
+ Developing and maintaining data visualization tools and dashboards

* 20% Ensure the quality of work output, including:
+ Reviewing and validating data analysis and reporting results

+ Identifying and mitigating data quality issues

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics
* 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, data visualization, and/or data modeling
* Strong technical skills in SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data analysis and reporting results to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics
* 3+ years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, data visualization, and/or data modeling
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with statistical modeling tools, such as R or Python
