Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise plan participants on the advisory services available through their plan to assist them in reaching their retirement goals
Identify, execute, and follow-up on opportunities to contract additional client assets while providing client retirement planning discussions
Identify trends and determine proactive solutions to maximize service quality and increase assets under management
Adhere to compliance and risk procedures, exhibiting detailed attention to policy and procedures with a focus on the participant's best interest
Document information from conversations with clients pertinent to business and relationship development for follow-up calls
Explain and justify past returns in comparison to the economic environment, acknowledging the goal of managed account services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry
FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams
Self-starter with demonstrated success in problem-solving and a metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:
Fully licensed candidates (Series 7, 63, and 65)
Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation
Salesforce experience
Experience with investment advising
Experience in a high-volume, call center environment
Goal and results-oriented with a high level of accountability to produce positive results
