Serve as a backup for placing service part orders and assist customers with order-related inquiries and issues
Determine order status, work to resolve product-related problems, and provide solutions to customer complaints
Inform customers of standard procedures for placing orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders, adhering to company-defined timelines and protocols
Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
Build relationships with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
