**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through empathetic listening, clear communication, and timely resolution of client issues
* Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor solutions to meet their individual requirements
* Navigate multiple systems to gather relevant information and present complex solutions in a clear, concise manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and quality
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
* Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is a plus
* Ability to navigate complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (a plus)
* Private, secure, distraction-free remote workspace with reliable power and hard-wired Ethernet connection
* High-speed internet access
* Ability to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
