**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Analyst IT CTS to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our CTS team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our crewmembers, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, and ensuring that our crewmembers have the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles. This is a part-time position, with a salary of $30/hour, and is located in Boston, USA.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical support and services to arenaflex crewmembers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues
* Offer exceptional on-site and remote customer service to arenaflex crewmembers
* Organize the resolution of episodes and demands from start to finish, using internal and external resources
* Screen and support systems, including maintaining and upholding client access
* Work with software bundle rollouts and support, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance
* Collaborate with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution with all issues
* Maintain documentation of requests per arenaflex standards, ensuring accurate and timely recording
* Update and refresh database documentation with the most up-to-date information
* Organize response for significant occurrences and blackouts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School Certificate or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate
* Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate via Coursera
* Experience implementing and supporting applications
* Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
* Possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
* Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US
* Experience using desktop software bundles
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Certifications (Microsoft, Networking, programming languages)
* Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products
* Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite
* Knowledge of LAN climate using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
* Knowledge of communication, messaging, and network (VOIP and POTS)
* Knowledge of cell phones
* Knowledge of MDM arrangements like Workstation ONE and Microsoft Intune
* Knowledge of General media arrangements
**Crewmember Assumptions**
* Regular attendance and reliability
* Possible need to work flexible hours and be available to respond without prior notice
* Ability to maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on arenaflex flights
* Willingness to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft while working or traveling on arenaflex flights
