Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the Lead Teacher in providing high-quality care and education to children Communicating daily with families regarding student progress and needs Developing strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage parent and community engagement Maintaining a high-quality standard of care by adhering to licensing, quality rated, and accreditation guidelines, as well as company standards Preparing and serving meals and snacks for children Utilizing our science-based, proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's developmental needs Keeping daily records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation Partnering with team members and leadership to achieve center goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement Essential and Preferred Qualifications We're looking for individuals with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment for young children.
