As an Assistant Manager, you will have a crucial impact on ideating and executing promotion adaptation programs at Hotstar, a leading streaming platform in India. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ideating new advertisements, adaptation projects, drives, and confirmation of ideas using research procedures and data-based experiences
Collaborating and driving programs by partnering with cross-functional groups like Sales, Product, Ad Tech, Analysis, and Operations
Developing a top-to-bottom understanding of OTT and Advertisements environments to improve drives
Planning, analyzing, and summarizing different weekly, monthly, and periodic operational outcomes for use by different key stakeholders, creating reports, details, dashboards, and flowcharts
Diving deep into campaign execution data to identify valuable opportunities for growth
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Experience in OTT, Advertisements business, Consumer Tech, Digital Marketing - Performance Business, Consulting
Hands-on experience in digital analysis, performance marketing, monitoring, and dashboarding
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA from a top-tier university being a plus
2-4 years of applicable work experience in a related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
