Position Overview

As an Assistant General Manager at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our center. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless functionality, exceptional customer service, and team excellence. This position offers valuable experience in leadership, operations management, and customer relations, providing a solid foundation for career advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our management team, you will be responsible for:


Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Decision Making: Make real-time decisions to allocate time, resources, and personnel appropriately to meet operational demands and customer needs.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care at every touchpoint.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere.
Technical Support: Assist with miscellaneous duties including installing hitches, brake controllers, and other equipment as needed.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs through arenaflex University to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure optimal operations.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and implement improvements when necessary to achieve center goals.


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Leadership Experience: Prior management or supervisory experience in any industry is required.
Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and management.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, moving around the facility, reaching, and lifting at least 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Work Environment

Compensation: This position offers an annual salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Sign-On Bonuses: We are currently offering a $100 hiring bonus for new team members! Additionally, you can earn a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the arenaflex Equipment Inspection and Verification certification program.
