Our team of experts is passionate about designing and manufacturing the hardware that powers our data centers, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Responsibilities** As an Assembling Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing processes and systems for specific data center products * Collaborating with Design, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages * Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies * Identifying and implementing solutions to improve execution and efficiency across the supply chain * Leading the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth * Using Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Design Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O) * Leading the Item Lifecycle Management (ILM) team to align design and BOM structures **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field * At least 4 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, or managing high-volume and high-complexity parts * Experience with LEAN...
