Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in a variety of subjects and grade levels Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and school administrators Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits Three professional references with one by a previous direct supervisor NJ Substitute Credential Background check & TB risk assessment (we'll cover the cost of this!)
