Previous Tutoring Experience: Has a proven track record of helping students succeed academically. Teachable and Adaptable: Open to feedback, eager to learn new methods, and willing to grow as an educator. Strong Communicator: Clearly explains complex concepts and ensures student understanding. Requirements Availability: Must be available some evenings as well as at least one weekend day. Tutoring Commitment: Must be able to tutor at least 15 hours per week. SAT/ACT Baseline Requirement: Must take an official SAT/ACT Math test and meet minimum score requirements. Experience: Prior teaching experience is required.
