About the Position The successful candidate will be responsible for providing special education instruction in English Language Arts to middle school students. Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications: Delaware Advanced License, Delaware Continuing License, or Delaware Initial License. Certification in Core Content and Special Education. A strong understanding of ELA curriculum and instructional strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in teaching special education, particularly in an inclusive classroom setting.
