Our award-winning blended turnaround school model has achieved extraordinary results, and we are now excited to develop a scalable model for inner-city public education in Indianapolis. Job Overview We are seeking experienced and passionate K-8 teachers to join our team of dedicated educators. As a Matchbook Learning teacher, you will be a teacher, a project advisor, and a learning facilitator. You will provide targeted small-group instruction, lead whole group discussions, coach students as they work with individualized online learning tools, and collaborate with peers to ensure high levels of student achievement. Our research-based virtual platforms are designed to support both student and teacher success, and we believe that ordinary teachers can achieve extraordinary results when their development is personalized and empowered with the aid of technology. Key Responsibilities Provide targeted small-group instruction to students Lead whole group discussions and facilitate learning activities Coach students as they work with individualized online learning tools Collaborate with peers to ensure high levels of student achievement Analyze student data to guide instruction and inform teaching practices Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have an entrepreneurial heart and mindset, a coachable spirit, and a willingness to try, fail, and try again.
