About the Instructor Position We are looking for part-time Instructors to work with students of all ages, providing one-to-one and small group instruction in a supportive and engaging environment. Prior teaching experience is not required, as we offer comprehensive paid training in our programs. Key Responsibilities Implement positive-reinforcement strategies to maximize learning in a cheerful and authentic manner Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, in-person or online, using specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership Facilitate the use of the curriculum provided for Lindamood-Bell Academy students Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive learning environment Manage client records electronically using a computer Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills, as well as basic computer skills and the ability to type notes about student performance while leading engaging sessions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or actively pursuing a degree is also acceptable.
