The ideal candidate will have: A strong interest in the development of new products and services A desire to work with a small, dynamic team Strong domain knowledge in a relevant industry or role A passion for innovation in finance, energy, and/or insurance/risk management Interest in renewable energy and solar, in particular The ability to estimate time requirements and pre-requisites for a given task The ability to work independently and resolve minor issues without direct input from a supervisor Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A current or graduated MBA/Master's student or other relevant academic background At least 2 years of working experience at a financial institution, energy industry, sales & marketing role, or other relevant field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred qualifications include experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and project management, as well as a strong understanding of the energy and finance industries.
