Duties & Responsibilities: Lincoln International’s growing Capital Advisory Group is seeking to hire an Experienced Analyst with a focus on restructuring and distressed situations. This role involves interacting closely with the firm’s senior bankers and clients’ senior executives. Our Analysts are heavily involved in every aspect of a restructuring engagement and ultimately, master the ability to execute a deal from start-to-finish. The Analyst serves as the analytical anchor for his/her deal team and is responsible for preparing, completing and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis. The Analyst is expected to interpret the results of his/her financial analysis, pose questions and draw conclusions. Responsibilities • Performing financial analyses, complex financial modeling and valuations • Preparing marketing materials for sale and debt placement components of CAG assignments • Identifying potential lenders / acquirers / investors / lenders • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials • Supporting the due diligence process with potential investors and existing stakeholders Requirements • At least 1-3 years’ experience in leveraged finance or financial advisory services • Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; • Excellent finance, accounting and financial modeling and good business acumen; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Nice-to-haves • Degree in finance and/or accounting desirable, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these or related areas.
