You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. Your duties will include: Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Managing and maintaining inventory levels, including tracking and reporting stock levels Packing and shipping orders, ensuring that they are accurate and on time Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, including adhering to safety protocols and procedures Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner Physical Requirements This role requires a significant amount of physical activity, including: Lifting and moving heavy objects, up to 49 pounds, on a regular basis Participating in team lifts of 50+ pounds, as needed Working in confined spaces, at heights, and on ladders, as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or warehousing environment 2+ years of experience using online applications, such as a Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management System, or similar A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience investigating computer and warehousing equipment issues Experience with reverse logistics operations Familiarity with Amazon's systems and processes, or similar e-commerce platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail: The ability to accurately receive, stock, and ship merchandise, with a high level of attention to detail Physical stamina: The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with frequent lifting and moving of heavy objects Teamwork and communication: The ability to work effectively with colleagues, communicating clearly and respectfully to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse Problem-solving and adaptability: The ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations, with a focus on finding solutions and improving processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
