Experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager Needed for Setup, Launch & Scaling
Overview We are looking for an Amazon Australia expert to fully set up, launch, and scale our Amazon presence from the ground up. This is a long-term role, not a short project. You will be responsible for end-to-end Amazon execution, with monthly growth targets, professional reporting, and continuous optimisation. We self-fulfil orders and ship worldwide. You must understand FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), international shipping rules, and Amazon AU compliance. We expect top-notch, expert-level execution — AI tools are encouraged, but results and accuracy matter more than automation for automation’s sake. What You’ll Be Responsible For Amazon Setup & Launch • Set up Amazon Seller Central (Australia) correctly • Configure FBM shipping, domestic + international • Tax, compliance, category approvals (where required) • Brand Registry support (if applicable) • Product category optimisation Listings & Conversion • Create high-converting listings (titles, bullets, descriptions) • SEO-optimised backend keywords • Professional image optimisation & image ordering • Variations, parent/child listings where applicable • A+ Content (if eligible) Growth & Scaling • Drive month-on-month revenue growth • Optimise conversion rates • Launch and manage Amazon Ads (PPC) if/when required • Identify winning products and scale them • Fix underperforming listings • Implement AI-assisted optimisation workflows properly Monthly Reporting & Accountability (Mandatory) Each month you must provide a clear, structured report, including: • Revenue vs previous month • Traffic, conversion rate & ad performance • What was implemented that month • What worked and what didn’t • Issues identified & fixed • Clear action plan for the next month • Scaling opportunities No fluff. No vague summaries. We want real data and real progress. Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • Proven experience launching and scaling Amazon stores • Strong understanding of Amazon Australia marketplace • Experience with FBM & self-fulfilled shipping • Knowledge of international shipping setup on Amazon • Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO & algorithm • Confident with Amazon PPC • Comfortable using AI tools correctly (not blindly) • Strong communication and transparency • Long-term mindset — we are building a serious channel Nice to Have • Experience with premium / branded products • Experience scaling from $0 → $50k+/month • Knowledge of Amazon policy risk management • Experience syncing Amazon with Shopify (bonus, not required) Compensation • Monthly salary / retainer • Performance-based bonuses tied to growth • Increases as milestones are hit We are happy to pay well for real expertise and proven results.
