As an Amazon Key Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our Amazon business, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, manage product catalogs, and optimize paid media initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a 1P/3P Hybrid sales growth plan for our Amazon businesses, driving revenue and profitability targets. Manage core aspects of the Amazon account relationship, including sales, POS results, merchandising, and product catalog information. Optimize product page performance through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure clear communication and excellent results. Develop and execute Customer & Category Strategic Development and annual operating plans. Work with Amazon retail and outsourced Affiliate teams to implement merchandising and marketing campaigns that drive product discovery and sales revenue. Leverage our brands and product mix to improve profitability and meet customer, shopper, and brand targets. Align to a digital forecasting process, ensuring optimal in-stock levels. Build and foster strong relationships with Amazon retail teams and other key stakeholders. Manage account financials, including margin, co-op rebates, and promotional funding. Provide timely and accurate reports, analyzing and explaining Amazon sales and inventory data to internal teams. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5-7 years of direct and hands-on experience in ecommerce, sales, and/or marketplace account management. Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central, with internal Amazon experience a plus. Deep knowledge of ecommerce product flow and marketplace web store performance optimization. Demonstrated proficiency managing multi-million dollar ecommerce accounts, with Amazon marketplace management experience required. Analytical orientation, with the ability to understand business opportunities, trends, and issues. Superior knowledge of "retail math," with the ability to use such in compelling presentations to customers, reps, and internal constituencies. Proven ability to meet sales and profitability targets, with equal emphasis on both. History of negotiating business deals that provide value to all parties. Preferred Qualifications To take your application to the next level, you'll also need: Experience working with SQL and other data analysis tools. Strong project planning, tracking, and organizing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in an organized manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). Ability to operate independently, bringing ideas and solutions to issues raised. Interpersonal savvy, with the ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
