Follow strict safety standards on and off the road, adhering to Amazon's safety protocols and guidelines.
Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Use handheld technology to manage the delivery process, track packages, and perform vehicle safety and maintenance procedures.
Help team members with their deliveries if you finish early and they're running behind.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
To be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
To be eligible to work in the U.S.
The ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and get in and out of a van quickly and often throughout a route.
The ability to operate and navigate a delivery van.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
