Key Responsibilities
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, your daily tasks will be physically demanding and include bending, lifting, standing, and walking. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds, often in harsh weather conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections.
Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
Safely driving and operating ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion.
Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure that baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.


Scheduling and Work Environment
Scheduling at arenaflex is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. The number of hours worked per week will vary between 20 and 40, depending on seniority. Each station is unique, with its own flight schedule, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation and Benefits

Minimum Qualifications
To succeed as a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
Have a valid driver's license.
Be proficient in English.
Pass a physical ability test (PAT).
Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
