Job Overview As an Airline Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to our passengers. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of our airline, interacting with passengers, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure their journey is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Accurately complete passenger documentation, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. Determine and deliver age-appropriate services, ensuring that our passengers receive personalized support tailored to their needs. Delegate tasks and duties to team members based on complexity and priority, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions that enhance the passenger experience. Develop and prioritize individualized plans to address passenger concerns, collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders as needed. Coordinate and collaborate with other teams, including flight operations, baggage handling, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Incorporate passenger feedback and concerns into our service delivery, continuously improving our processes and procedures to enhance the passenger experience. Document interactions and interventions accurately, maintaining detailed records of passenger interactions and service delivery. Administer services and support, observing strict guidelines and protocols to ensure passenger safety and well-being. Perform skills and tasks required by our airline, including operating equipment, managing passenger flow, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Provide health and safety support, including first aid and emergency response, as needed. Supervise and guide team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement. Provide healthcare support and services, as required, ensuring that our passengers receive the best possible care and attention. Essential Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing or a related field, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication. Licensed in the state of practice or compact state, with current BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required. ACLS Certification required, must be current, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the airline or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Background in critical care or a related field preferred, with a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with passengers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
