About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction strategy. What You'll Do


Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Handle customer inquiries of varying types and complexity levels
Utilize active listening skills and strategic questioning techniques to understand customer needs
Demonstrate a proven track record for hitting and exceeding sales targets
Manage and overcome objections for subscriber cancellation and suspension requests
Assist in reducing customer churn through persuasive communication and solution-oriented approaches
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and productivity
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while providing excellent service
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills

Essential Qualifications


Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You must be able to articulate clearly, professionally, and persuasively in every interaction

Driven by solving problems and meeting goals – You thrive on finding solutions and achieving measurable results
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools – Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, and other productivity software
Experience in customer service and sales – Prior experience in customer-facing roles is strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent – Basic educational requirement for this position

To ensure your success in this remote role, you must meet the following technical and workspace requirements:


Quiet and distraction-free workspace – A dedicated, secure place to work where you can maintain focus and privacy during your shift
Excellent Internet connectivity – Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
Hard-wired Internet connection – A stable, in-house network connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
Note: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
Smartphone requirement – A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our proprietary app that will be leveraged for company communications


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay

Hourly rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
Shift structure: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Schedule flexibility: Shifts available anywhere from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM PST
