Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Process customer service requests, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer concerns
Update customer portals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to ensure seamless communication
Collaborate with arenaflex Service Coordinators, notifying customers of service dates and ensuring effective communication
Upload documentation to customer portals, as well as accounting and work order systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in customer care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
