This is a full-time position that requires working from our Heathrow, FL office Monday-Friday. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Set up and maintain surety claims files, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Prepare initial responses to new surety bond claims by generating and mailing correspondence * Calendaring important milestone dates for new claims and ensuring timely follow-up * Serve as a primary point of contact for communications with claimants, bond principals, and other parties * Maintain electronic claim files by scanning documents and classifying and saving them to our electronic claims system * Handle confidential information professionally and consistently with arenaflex policies * Collaborate with claims professionals to resolve issues and provide support as needed * Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the claims team **Qualifications** * High School degree or equivalent (defined as 4 years of relevant experience) * Dependable/punctual with a strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency with MS Office software (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access) and ability to learn and follow company claims systems and procedures * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with lawyers, company employees, and external clients * Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Authorization to work in the United States and no requirement for VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders * Proficiency with MS Office software and ability to learn and follow company claims systems and procedures * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in an administrative or claims support role, preferably in the insurance or surety industry * Knowledge of insurance and surety principles and practices * Familiarity with electronic claims systems and procedures * Certification in claims or insurance-related fields (e.g., CPCU, CIC) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
