Your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews * Conducting word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with attention to detail * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives * Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices **Days/Hours and Training** As a full-time Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you'll work a variety of shifts, including: * Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm You'll also participate in comprehensive training, which will take place Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks. **Salary and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary of $16.20/hour, as well as a range of benefits, including: * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Holiday pay **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in the healthcare industry * Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems * Certification in medical coding or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
