Job Summary We're currently recruiting for an Administrative Clerk - Data Entry Specialist to work with a growing company in the Pittsford, NY area. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Key Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews, including word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, maintaining high-quality work standards. Utilize software applications, such as Microsoft Office, to complete tasks efficiently. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and professionals in the healthcare industry. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Work Schedule and Benefits As an Administrative Clerk - Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you can expect: Full-time position with a variety of shifts, including: Monday - Friday; 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Tuesday - Saturday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Comprehensive training program, Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm for approximately 2-3 weeks. Competitive salary: $16.20/hour.
