Key Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Role, you will: Provide administrative support to at least one senior manager, handling confidential and complex matters with discretion and independence. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Perform general administrative tasks, including screening and arranging travel plans, preparing correspondence, and responding to emails. Serve as a resource for the specialty unit or department, addressing questions and providing guidance on various matters. Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, using advanced software skills. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
