About the Role We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant - Data Entry HYBRID to work in our Cleveland, Ohio location. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers the flexibility of working from home one week and in the office the next. As an ideal candidate, you should thrive in a structured environment, enjoy helping others, and possess strong data management skills. Your primary responsibilities will include entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis and report issues. Key Responsibilities Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs in a timely manner Produce and maintain data reports, and alert management of any inconsistencies or issues Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when necessary Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness Undertake special projects and provide periodic updates to management Perform audits of your own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 2-4 years of relevant experience in data entry and administration Strong data entry skills, with the ability to input, update, and maintain records efficiently Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and database management tools Basic IT skills, with the ability to navigate systems and troubleshoot minor issues Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools Experience with project management and coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skill and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
