**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As the primary point of contact in our office, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining the appearance of our front office. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
* Maintain the appearance of our front office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors
* Collaborate with the center team to provide services to clients, including attending walk-in sales, taking payments, and other related tasks
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Perform various administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service and data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
