Key Responsibilities As an AP/AR Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Coding and inputting invoices with precision and accuracy Preparing weekly and monthly check runs, ensuring timely payments to vendors and stakeholders Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable billing functions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies Reimbursing petty cash and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions Filing paid invoices and maintaining a well-organized filing system Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and resolve discrepancies Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders The capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service Adept at managing pressure and meeting deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and circumstances Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities in this sector A demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in previous roles, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service Why Join arenaflex?
