**Job Description**
This is a direct-hire, full-time position that requires a person able to handle high-volume data entry, including but not limited to, wire processing. As an Accounting Data Entry and Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Daily and periodic reporting
* On-line banking
* Trust accounting (receipts, voids, stop pays)
* Bank wire process
* Accounts payable
* Other duties as assigned
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform daily and periodic reporting, including reconciliations and financial analysis
* Process high-volume data entry, including wire processing and trust accounting
* Manage on-line banking and ensure accurate and timely transactions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including accounts payable and trust accounting
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in accounting, data entry, or a related field
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills
* Focused on customer/co-employee service and team player
* Sound organizational skills and attention to detail
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
* Detail-oriented and accurate with a strong commitment to quality
