**Key Responsibilities**

* Collect and process mail 2-3 times a week
* Record customer payments and vendor invoices
* Weekly upload of UPS invoices
* Monitor the Accounting inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
* Assist Sales Representatives with invoices, reports, and customer changes
* Assist in the monthly closing of jobs and ensuring jobs move through the job cycle
* Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, suggest resolutions, and accurately enter all appropriate information
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 1+ year of business experience, preferably in accounting or data entry
* Proficient with Windows applications, including Excel and Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Dependable and willing to learn
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
