Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Accounting Analysis Manager to join our Channel Development/Global Accounting team on a part-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the following core functions:

Financial Close Management: Assist in ensuring timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end financial close processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest levels of financial integrity.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively across various organizational levels and settings. Present accounting results and complex financial topics to finance leadership and business partners with clarity and confidence.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis, with specific experience in:
Leading accounting projects for a large, global, publicly traded company
Working cross-functionally with operations and business teams to implement accounting solutions for new business activities
Communicating effectively across various organizational levels, including presenting accounting results and financial topics to finance and business leaders
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Blackline modules, including:
Accounts module functionality
Reconciliation modules
Journals modules
Professional Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and/or public accounting experience is strongly preferred.
Location: This is a remote position based in the United States, with the primary work location being Washington, USA.

Experience in retail or consumer goods industries with international operations
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning systems
