As an Account Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be part of a talented team that is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their business goals and succeed in the competitive retail landscape. **Key Responsibilities** As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for: **Commercial Enterprise Growth** * Fulfillment will be measured through the overall performance of your assignment and deliverables on key metrics. * Contribute to business strategy improvement and discover the suitable key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive growth and enhance the customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other arenaflex programs. * Possess the potential to manage and deliver against complex goals where approach is not defined. Capable of making trade-offs between short-term sales partner desires and long-term strategic funding. * Identify new opportunities across a large number of manufacturers, increase, and execute mission plans. **Customer Control** * Build and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio in conjunction with internal stakeholders; be a trusted consultant and a commercial enterprise advocate. * Display vendor delight survey results to investigate both positive and negative comments trends. Set up improvement plans and control expectations with account managers as necessary. **Process Excellence** * Utilize customer feedback, market growth trends, and examine key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience running with arenaflex. Spot areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify. * Identify, optimize, and scale upgrades that could benefit a massive set of customers, e.g., riding efficiencies through equipment and procedures, simplifying SOPs, and so forth.
