We are proud to be a leader in the healthcare industry, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Client record and relationship management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. * Achieving planned sales targets: You will be responsible for achieving planned sales targets within assigned client accounts. * Client account development: You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the verticals of RWE Clinical. * Preliminary business: You will be responsible for managing preliminary business, including patient enrollment, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), HEOR, and epidemiological studies, post-marketing studies. * Client account procedure and improvement: You will be responsible for driving client account procedure and improvement through vital and strategic record arranging in partnership with the logical examination conveyance groups. * Collaboration with internal teams: You will be responsible for working in collaboration with sales tasks, finance, and other internal support capabilities to drive and close business and achieve sales approval targets. **Essential Capabilities:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: * Logical, sales, or marketing foundation with a focus in the drug/biotech region * Demonstrated history of creating mid-and significant level business contacts * Brilliant relational abilities to oversee and completely incorporate with Activities, Money, and Marketing, and follow up to grow connections and business potential opportunities * A strong understanding of Clinical Trial, Decentralized Trials, and RWE patterns * Shown insight in distinguishing and creating potential customers, making proficient introductions dealing with the sales cycle through close, and taking care of agreement exchanges * Comprehension of sales automation frameworks and Microsoft Office programs * Experience teaming up with internal or external assets to foster procedures that meet office objectives within budget and established timetables **Favored Capabilities:** While not required, the following favored capabilities would be beneficial for this role: * Graduate degree or MBA **What We Offer:** As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative organization that is committed to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge clinical trials.
