Experienced Account Executive – Remote Data Entry and Sales Development Specialist for E-commerce Solutions

Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to enlist Selling Partners into our paid service programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying, selecting, and onboarding Selling Partners to Marketplace Growth and other paid services. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for these organizations throughout the entire sales process, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage potential Selling Partners for Key Account Services, utilizing a consultative approach to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Develop a deep understanding of our Selling Partners and their requirements, as well as the features and functionalities of our paid service programs. Create compelling and persuasive incentives around our paid help programs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to potential clients. Prospect and close business to achieve monthly objectives for the quantity and quality of dealers enrolled, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and focusing on high-value deals to drive growth and expansion. Leverage client data to inform proposals that maximize the potential of the assigned territory, using insights and analytics to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Implement and track metrics to monitor the success and quality of vendors in your region, using these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity. Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track all relevant account data and sales progress, as well as forecast and focus on achieving quarterly objectives. Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective domain, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce and retail technology industry, including knowledge of competing product offerings and market trends. Collaborate with internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Manage additional tasks while maintaining a current book of business, such as mentorship and sales analysis, as needed. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, including at least 4 years of sales experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries. At least 4 years of business-to-business selling experience, with a proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations. Demonstrated ability to effectively influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Exhibited progress in achieving sales targets, consistently making the best decisions for the client and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to negotiate and agree on contracts and partnerships. Solid business judgment, with a demonstrated ability to influence others and drive results. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, with the ability to track and analyze sales data and metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Creative, driven, and able to advocate for the client, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
