Your Role: Driving Growth in PE/VC Fund Administration Software Sales As an Account Executive on our PE/VC sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving the sales of our fund administration and investment management software to private equity and venture capital firms. You'll be part of a high-performing, team-oriented group of sales professionals who are passionate about understanding client needs and delivering value to the PE and VC ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Interface directly with prospective PE and VC firm clients to sell fund administration and software products, leveraging your understanding of their needs and pain points. Collaborate with our Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solution Engineering teams to originate, manage, and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CPA firms, banks, law firms, and other partners who work with our clients. Refine and optimize our go-to-market process based on client feedback, market insights, and product/market fit analysis. Work closely with the rest of our team to continually improve your skills, strategies, and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to succeed in your role. Meet or exceed revenue goals aligned with the company's operating model, driving growth and expansion in the PE/VC segment. Represent Juniper Square at in-person and virtual industry events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the private markets. Qualifications and Skills: What We're Looking For To succeed as an Account Executive on our PE/VC sales team, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of B2B full-cycle and quota-carrying sales experience, or 6+ years of experience in fund accounting or operations with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or Real Estate funds. Knowledge of selling Fund Administration services, FinTech products, SaaS products, or other relevant solutions, with experience selling into new markets being a valuable asset. Eagerness to deeply understand our market and potential clients' needs, with a strong ability to communicate in writing and verbal form to various audiences. A track record of demonstrating integrity, ethics, and adherence to company values, with a focus on outcomes and customer goals. Ability to learn and use sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, with comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling to or working with Private Equity or Venture Capital firms, with a strong understanding of their needs and pain points. A background in sales or operations within the financial services or technology industries.
